Gift in wills

Remembering Melanoma Focus in your will as a very special way to support us.

By including a gift in your will, you’ll be helping to shape a better future for melanoma patients. It is a lasting way to support the work we do and to help us ensure we can continue our vital work to care for future generations.

Your gift to Melanoma Focus will help ensure that we can continue to:

  • Fund the only UK free, confidential Melanoma Helpline manned by leading clinical nurse specialists in skin cancer.
  • Commission vital melanoma research.
  • Involve clinical experts and patients in the creation of trusted information from diagnosis to treatment of all forms of melanomas including rare melanomas.
  • Maintain the Melanoma TrialFinder, a searchable resource designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of melanoma clinical trials available in the UK.
  • Host the Melanoma Patient Conference, organised by our Trustee, Imogen Cheese where the latest advances in melanoma medicine is presented by experts to patients and carers.
  • Create and publish educational resources and reports for clinicians, scientists and nurses.
  • Organise the UK’s only multidisciplinary biannual CME-accredited melanoma meetings for healthcare professionals.
Holding hands for support

Deciding to leave a gift in your will to Melanoma Focus  can be any amount that feels right for you. After you have provided for your loved ones any amount or percentage left could make a huge difference to the future of Melanoma Focus and help us to provide information, support and much needed research.

We always recommend that you speak to a solicitor when making a new will or amending an existing one. This will give you peace of mind that your will wording is correct and your wishes will be followed.

We are most grateful for any gift you feel able to make to support our work

Thank you for your interest in supporting us in this way. To discuss this confidentially or to find out more about leaving a gift in your will please get in touch: fundraising@melanomafocus.org
