On World Cancer Day 2025

On World Cancer Day we greatly welcome the Government’s commitment to developing a new cancer plan this year and will be responding to the call of evidence that has just been announced.

It is vital that the opportunity to tackle the incidence of melanoma is addressed as part of the strategy, with nearly 9 in 10 cases of melanoma being preventable there is a real chance to make a difference.
